Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to SiteFlowAI, operated by FlowGroup Holdings (Pty) Ltd. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing to any of our paid plans. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms below.

General Policy

All payments made to SiteFlowAI are non-refundable except where explicitly stated in this policy or where required by applicable South African consumer protection law, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA).

We encourage all users to make use of our free trial period before committing to a paid subscription to ensure the Service meets your needs.

Subscription Services

  • Once a subscription payment has been processed and billed, no refund will be issued for that billing period
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard to prevent future charges
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you will retain access to paid features until that date
  • Downgrading your plan does not entitle you to a refund for the difference in price

Exceptions — When Refunds May Be Considered

We may, at our sole discretion, consider refund requests in the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate payments: If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a technical error
  • Verified technical failure: If a confirmed and documented platform outage or technical failure prevented you from accessing the Service for a significant portion of your billing period and we were unable to resolve it
  • Consumer Protection Act: Where a refund is legally required under the CPA or other applicable South African legislation

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the relevant charge by contacting us at billing@siteflowai.co.za with your account details and a description of the issue.

Chargebacks

We take chargebacks seriously. If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us first at billing@siteflowai.co.za before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of your account
  • Permanent ban from the platform
  • Recovery of outstanding amounts through legal means where applicable

We are committed to resolving billing disputes fairly and quickly. Most issues can be resolved within 2–3 business days if you contact us directly.
